HYDRAULIC KARAN ENGINEERING DIVISIONTHE MAIN JOB OF THIS DIVISION IS TO PREPARE THE BEST TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR OUR CUSTOMER.

 Hydraulic Test Room

We test all manufactured power units and cylinders in our test room based on specific QCTM. All data (pressure, flow rate, motor amp) are measured and recorded in control panel. We can give test graph of manufactured power unit or cylinder to our customer. Peak pressure, over current, pressure pulsation, flow variation, pressure drop, Cleanliness class and so on can be measured in our test room.

 Hydraulic Cylinder test

Chrome thickness, surface roughness test, low pressure test, high pressure test, seal test and so on are some tests that we can perform on our manufactured cylinder.

Power unit test

We define specific QCTM for each power unit and all our test procedures and data will be recorded. We test fluid cleanliness level of power unit after final test based on ISO 4406 or NAS.

If you buy components from our sale division and you have problem with your purchase, we can test your components according to your application. Our engineering division has wealth of experience and gives best technical support to customer.

Designing Hydraulic System

Designing hydraulic system is one of the main jobs of our engineering division. We can design hydraulic P&ID based on customer application with Hydraw 500 software. Designing all hydraulic manifolds, fully assembled power unit 3D sketches of special hydraulic cylinders using solid works 2012 software are appropriate services that we can give to customer.
