Vickers piston pump PVQ series
Vickers PVXS series piston pump is one of the variable displacement piston pumps.
These piston pumps are axial piston open circuit pumps that have a flow rate of 10, 13, 20, 32 and 40 cc up to a pressure of 210 bar.
The highly efficient control of Vickers piston pumps reduces the need for a cooling system.
These pumps include highly rigid valves that reduce pump deflection and allow the bearings to extend the service life of the units.
The one-way control piston is used to change the output of the pump.
Vickers piston pump PVQ series
PVQ piston pumps are in-line, variable displacement units and are available in nine sizes. Displacement is varied by means of pressure and/or flow compensatory controls. An impressive assortment of control options offers maximum operating flexibility. PVQs operate at quietness levels that meet today’s demanding industrial conditions. The sound level of each unit approaches or is below that of the electric motor driving it. Sound is reduced by a patented timing arrangement that also produces low pressure “pulses” in the outlet flow. This leads to reduced tendencies for noise in systems using PVQs. The PVQ series is capable of operating with many types of hydraulic fluid. Water-content and phosphate ester fluids can be accommodated, in addition to the typical petroleum based and synthetic fluids.
